If you would like to be in a place with every home comfort yet is surrounded by nature, set in the Cevennes Unesco National Park with easy access to all the popular sites then Mas Nicolas is for you.

Bordezac is about 350m altitude so although we get the real Mediterranean weather there is not the oppressive heat during mid summer, when in Nimes or Ales it can be too hot to got outside and difficult to breath. You can expect Spring and Autumn temperatures to be about 25c and summer around 28 to 35c. Hot enough.

This is a  view taken on New Years day 2008 of Besseges, the nearest big town, from the road about half a km from our house. We would have similar views but we have the benefit of the trees giving the house a sheltered location
