You will meet our representative who will hand you the keys and show you where all the bits and bobs are in the house.

If requested there will be food and drink placed in the Fridge.

When you leave there will be an agreed check out time to allow sufficient time for the house to be made ready for the next guests.

When you leave our representative will normally collect the keys from you.

Please ensure you leave the house in the same condition as you found it.

We will return any deposits as soon as the checkout cleaning and inventory has been completed and you should receive these normally within ten days of departure.
