It is another reason we bought the property. We have the warm weather of the south and dry air, (unlike the other Atlantic side of the South of France) but due to the height of Mas Nicolas, 326m, not the heat (up to 40c) which can be experienced in Nimes and Ales.

You can expect to be able to eat out by the pool in March to Late October when the temperature can be as high as 20 to 25c and in mid summer it can reach 40c but is more often around 30C

There is very little rain during the summer months apart from the odd thunderstorm which is quickly over.

Sunshine hours are almost double (at around 2700 hours ) what you can expect in UK or other parts of Northern Europe
