Mas Nicolas has a private source of natural water. Located in the side of the hill in the rear part of the Villa's land is a door which leads to The Source.

The story about this is interesting. Many years ago the land was owned by farmers who collected water for all the local land. The water was collected into an underground cavern. When the land was sold to build the house The Source came with it.

Nowdays it has been improved and there are steps down into the cavern and a little underground lake beyond.

From here the Villa can take all the water it needs, although it is also connected to the towns supply.
